Fuma is owned and operated by Picturesque Sales LLC.

Data We Collect

• Email address (for account creation and login)
• Cigar entries you create including photos, ratings, notes, and tags
• First and last name (used for your profile)
• Precise location data (latitude and longitude) when you choose to pin the location where a cigar was smoked. Location is only collected with your explicit action and is never collected automatically or in the background.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your personal digital humidor
• To sync your cigar collection across devices
• To display a map of locations where you have enjoyed cigars
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising or ad targeting
• We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers

Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may send you occasional emails about new features, updates, or promotions related to Fuma and other Picturesque Sales LLC products. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly at support@picturesquesales.com.

These emails come only from Picturesque Sales LLC about our own products. We never share or sell your email address to advertisers or third-party marketers.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage.

In-App Purchases

Fuma offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited logging. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app by tapping your profile name and selecting Delete Account, or by contacting us at support@picturesquesales.com.

Age Requirement

Fuma is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older in accordance with US federal tobacco laws. Google Play's maximum age bracket is 18+; Fuma's own terms require users to be 21 or older.
